Vinylwasp's BrewBlog is an independent publication launched in Jan 2024 by Chris Lethaby.

Purpose

The initial idea was to have somewhere to blog the recipes and event of each brewday, as well as the tweaks and changes made during fermentation and dry hopping on the road to producing craft homebrew, but after seeing what others have done, I realized I could also share the evolution of my home brewery and how I use tools like BrewPi Spark 3, BrewBlox, and BeerSmith to brew amazing beer.

PS: I often use the online alias vinylwasp so you might be wondering what one is?

Lethaby is sometimes written as Leatherbee, and a Vinylwasp is his alter-ego. I picked up the nickname in Intermediate school (Middle School) in New Zealand a very long time ago and it's just stuck with me.
